1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active pk888c account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of bonuses, and potential recovery of any withdrawals processed in connection with duplicate accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk888c currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Cryptocurrency. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk888c does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your pk888c balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. pk888c does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed within the pk888c cashier section and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals from pk888c are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal.

Where a user deposits via a method that operates in a different currency, the conversion rate applied at the time of the transaction will be used. pk888c is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by pk888c are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be stated at the time the promotion is offered. These Terms constitute the general framework within which all promotions operate, and promotion-specific terms supplement — but do not override — these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the pk888c Platform — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slots, Teen Patti 20-20, fishing games, and virtual sports — are governed by individual game rules available within the Platform. In all cases, the following general gameplay principles apply:

• All bet settlements are final once confirmed by the pk888c system. Errors made by the user (e.g., incorrect stake, wrong selection) cannot be reversed after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during gameplay, pk888c reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the stake to the user's account balance.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Suspension & Termination

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to user misconduct (fraud, prohibited conduct, Terms breach), pk888c reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals. Where account closure is initiated by the user or by pk888c without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user via the most recently used payment method following satisfactory completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

In the event of any irreconcilable conflict between these Terms and the laws of a user's local jurisdiction, users are responsible for ensuring their use of pk888c is lawful under applicable local law.

12.3 Language

These Terms are written in English, which shall be the governing language for interpretation and construction. Any translation of these Terms into Urdu or other languages is provided for convenience only and shall have no legal effect.

13. Amendments to These Terms
